The Beaches - Voted some of Australia’s best beaches, the Gold Coast boasts miles of uncrowded and patrolled beaches for bathers and avid surfers all year around.
The Hinterland - The Natural back drop to the golden sands provides nature lovers with a full glossary of picturesque destinations to explore such as the Natural Arch, Currumbin and Tallebudgera Valleys, Springbrook & Mount Tamborine just to name a few.
The Nightlife - For any party goer the Gold Coast, especially Surfers Paradise, offers dozens of bars and clubs to rock the night away.
Northern Gold Coast
The Northern Gold Coast region - (Southport to Beenleigh) is the main corridor to Brisbane and the gateway to the fabulous theme parks of Wet ‘n’ Wild , Dream World, Movie World & Outback Australia, which are a must to see and an experience to savour for all ages.
Southport, just 5 minutes from Surfers Paradise offers boat lovers and water enthusiasts a full range of activities and waterfront dining options, not to forget the highly acclaimed Sea World Theme Park & the glamour of Marina Mirage and yacht club which forms part of the Southport spit experience. In addition, for a good dose of retail therapy you can shop ‘til you drop at Australia Fair Shopping Centre.
Central Gold Coast
The Central Gold Coast region, (Surfers Paradise to Broadbeach) is the heart beat of the Gold Coast. The dazzling lights and groove of this region will tempt even the most conservative socialite offering a rich selection of clubs, bars and dining options. If you desire new attire for your big night out you can’t go past shopping at Pacific Fair Shopping Centre. Feeling lucky? Jupiter’s Casino, (which has recently been refurbished) apart from hosting regular Broadway shows, offers punters the usual variety of gaming options & its own assortment of first class dining.
Southern Gold Coast
The Southern Gold Coast region, (Mermaid Beach, Miami, Palm Beach, Currumbin, Tugun, Bilinga, Kirra, Coolangatta and Rainbow Bay) is a perfect choice for a true Gold Coast experience & family vacation which is 20mins from the hustle and bustle of Surfers Paradise. These regions offer a laid back village lifestyle, glorious uncrowded and sheltered beaches and some of the world’s best surf breaks. For an animal adventure the Currumbin Sanctuary is a great place to get up close to your favourite species. There are many dining and retail options that are also spread over the entire Southern Gold Coast coastal strip which is also the main arterial route to the Hinterland ranges and Tweed districts. Enjoy the conveniences of flying straight into the Gold Coast Coolangatta Airport which is situated in Bilinga, a mere 3min drive from the CBD of Coolangatta.
Northern NSW
The Northern NSW region is quickly becoming a popular choice for not only retirees but holiday makers of all ages due to its close proximity to Coolangatta & Rainbow Bay. It is bordered by the Tweed River and complimented by the local beaches such as Fingal & the world renowned surf magnet, Duranbah or as the locals call it, D-bah. Tweed Heads has a heap of activities to suit all lifestyles. Several golf courses & Bowling venues and for the more matured socialite, Twin Towns which apart from having a mass of singing poker machines, hosts some of the country’s most respected performers. Other prime places of interest include the hinterland ranges of Mt Warning, just past Murwillumbah (20mins to the South), Kingscliff /Salt and the cosy village of Tumbulgum, which in our opinion has the one of the best country pubs in Australia, situated on the banks of the Tweed River.
