Aqua Solai 9 offers 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms and has been beautifully furnished throughout, offering a blissful holiday experience.
The master bedroom offers walk in robe, ensuite and ocean views, the second bedroom offers a queen bed and access to your private balcony, plus the third bedroom with 2 x single beds.
Spacious in size, the apartment features a modern fully equipped kitchen with stainless steel appliances including dishwasher. The cool tiled dining and lounge area opens up onto the covered balcony where you can enjoy magnificent ocean views from that stretch the coast!
For winter guests you will even be able to whale watch from your balcony!
The exclusive complex is located on the absolute beachfront, close to Tugun Village and offers a swimming pool for guests to enjoy including 2 secure car parks.
Keys
Keys are to be collected from and returned to our office, 76 Griffith Street Coolangatta. Our office is an approximate 10 minute drive south of the property and 6 minute drive south of the GC Airport.
Linen is not provided at this property. Holiday properties are equipped with blankets/ doonas and pillows and protectors, however please remember to bring your own personal linen including sheets, pillow cases, towels and tea towels. We also suggest you bring with you soaps, dishwashing liquid, toilet paper etc. Linen can be hired at a reasonable cost through Hire All – Phone (07) 5536 1379 or www.goldcoasthireall.com.au

Perfect Apartment and Views!
Cheryl R - 15th July 2024We had big expectations and we were not disappointed. This apartment is beach front, 5th floor with a wrap around patio. The perfect sunrise and sunset. If we ever find ourselves back on the Gold Coast we would definitely rent it again!

paul b - 24th May 2024We have stayed at Aqua Solai 9 a few times now & is a great apartment with access to many facilities, with that said we will stay again in the future. Some constructive criticism, the apartment definitely required a good clean. Some of the appliances need updating, especially the hot water jug which has a lid that will come off when you are pouring, which is quite dangerous, also the toaster is sticky to touch & not well maintained.

Very spacious and comfortable, great kitchen stocked with functional utensils and cookware to be able to cook at home. This was a perfect girls weekend away and we all wished we’d had more time to spend there. Hopefully we’ll be back again one day!

I recommend this apartment if you would like a relaxing break away from the hustle of Surfers. Some nice restaurants and cafes within walking distance. Perfect for my 4 yr old granddaughter that you don’t need to cross a road to get to the beach. Nice deck overlooking the beach, great for watching the sunrise and surfers. We had a wonderful weekend.

Matt - 20th October 2021Great location with beautiful sea views. Close to the surf club, cafes, beach on your doorstep. Easy to find and get to from the motorway. Spacious apartment, good living space and a great outside space to watch the waves. We had some initial problems with keys/fobs not working which was frustrating, but in the end it all worked out.
