Bella Mare 34 offers the perfect beachside escape right on Greenmount Beach with resort facilities including heated pool and spa, sauna, gym and BBQ entertaining area.
The two bedroom townhouse style unit is located on the second floor (walk up) with ocean views over Greenmount/ Coolangatta Beach.
The lower level features a fully equipped kitchen including dishwasher and espresso machine. The air-conditioned loungeroom is comfortably furnished and offers smart TV with Wi-Fi. The living area leads through to the first balcony featuring ocean glimpses.
There is also a powder room and laundry with washing machine and dryer.
The upper level offers 2 bedrooms – master with queen bed, TV, built in wardrobes, plus ensuite with walk in shower. There is a second private balcony off the bedroom offering ocean views and breezes.
The second bedroom offers 2 single beds with built in wardrobes and the spacious main bathroom provides shower over bath.
Both bedrooms feature reverse cycle air-conditioning and ceiling fans.
Bella Mare 34 offers perfect spot for surfers with a large storage cage in the garage and some of the world’s best surf breaks within a short walk.
There is secure undercover parking for one car.
Bella Mare is ideally located between Coolangatta and Rainbow Bay Beaches, with surf breaks including Greenmount Point and Snapper Rocks within a short walk. Its also a short stroll to the restaurants, clubs and shops of Coolangatta and Tweed Heads. The Greenmount Surf Club is right across the road and offers some of the best views on the coast for a sunset drink.
Keys
Keys are to be collected from and returned to our office, 76 Griffith St, Coolangatta. Our office is an approximate 2 minute drive south of the property and 6 minute drive south of the GC Airport
Linen is not provided at this property. Holiday properties are equipped with blankets/ doonas and pillows and protectors, however please remember to bring your own personal linen including sheets, pillow cases, towels and tea towels. We also suggest you bring with you soaps, dishwashing liquid, toilet paper etc. Linen can be hired at a reasonable cost through Hire All – Phone (07) 5536 1379 or www.goldcoasthireall.com.au

Great Place & Location!
Shell A - 3rd January 2025Great place and location. Very close to beach and the strand shops, super convenient Only downside was walking up the 4 levels from the garage to get to the unit with all the bags. No problem for us but for some it may be an issue.
