Blue C 1304 is located on the beachfront in the heart of Coolangatta and is sure to become a family favourite! Located on the thirteenth floor, this modern apartment offers stunning views and great resort facilities!
The apartment features two bedrooms and spacious open plan living.
The master bedroom features luxurious king bed, air-conditioning, floor to ceiling glass windows with stunning ocean views, balcony access, and a modern ensuite with a walk in shower.
The second bedroom/study offers 2 single beds which can be folded away to a single and a trundle (if you'd like more space), plus wall mounted TV and desk.
The loungeroom offers ultimate relaxation with air-conditioning, comfortable furnishings and large flat screen TV with Foxtel and Wi-Fi.
The fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher offers everything you need on holidays and you can enjoy the stunning views while you cook.
There is also a separate laundry room with toilet and also a washing machine and dryer. Please note there is only one shower which is in the ensuite, accessed through the master bedroom.
Stroll out onto the balcony equipped with comfortable furnishings and enjoy breathtaking views that stretch from Surfers Paradise to Greenmount. Enjoy whale watching in winter, morning surf checks from the balcony, and watching all the festivities of the Cooly Rocks On and Corona Pro Surf festivals!

Keys are to be collected from and returned to our office at 76 Griffith Street Coolangatta.
Linen is not provided at this property. Holiday properties are equipped with blankets/ doonas and pillows and protectors, however please remember to bring your own personal linen including sheets, pillow cases, towels and tea towels. Great Views; Short Walk!
Jason D - 30th July 2024Stayed here for a short winter break. Great location being an easy walk to everything. 180 degree ocean views perfect for whale watching. Be aware the second "bedroom" has no wardrobes and is very small with room for two single beds and little else. We would happily stay again regardless.

Anna M - 24th July 2024We loved our 4 nights here - what a wonderful unit ! We found it perfect for ourselves and two children. The second bedroom is small but was fine for the kids. The unit had everything we could need for our stay and we loved the foxtel set up on the main TV. The view from the balcony was amazing and loved the space out there to eat and watch the world go by.

Perfect location between Kirra and Coolangatta with lots of food options in walking distance. Underground parking was easy to access. The pool is large with tropical landscaping, it's also heated. The apartment is well equipped and clean.

The apartment was clean, well appointed and even better than we expected. The location is close to Coolangatta precint and we could walk everywhere, the views from the unit balcony were amazing and even though the weather was not great we loved staying at Blue C 1304 and will definately return.

It is a fully equipped unit that meets all our needs and is close to everything you need. It is walking distance to some of the worlds best beaches. It has a nice swimming pool, gym and spa and is a nice, clean apartment. We will be back!
