Blue Pacific 1 provides off street parking for one car, so you can park the car and explore the local area on foot.
The unit is located in the heart of Tugun with a whole range of cafes, restaurants, shops and conveniences on your doorstop. Tugun beach offers great conditions for swimming and surfing and there's also the Oceanway Path which offers a long, flat and very scenic walk along the coast in either direction.
Located on the ground floor, this is a perfect unit for retirees escaping the cold southern winters and anyone looking for an affordable beachside holiday in the heart of Tugun!

Keys are to be collected from and returned to our office at 76 Griffith Street Coolangatta.
Linen is not provided at this property. Holiday properties are equipped with blankets/ doonas and pillows and protectors, however please remember to bring your own personal linen including sheets, pillow cases, towels and tea towels. Ourania Frendo - 7th March 2023Unit was clean neat & tidy. Nice and quiet area. Renos at complex started at 7am but was fine as the sun is up really early. Only thing is its in the line of the domestic flight arrivals/departures and get the planes overhead. Other than that really good, beach at the end of the street and has the Tugan Surf Club with bistro and kiosk, outdoor settings with shade sails, free BBQ area as well. And a nice long concreted pathway for strolls, bicycle rides etc. IGA and bakery around the corner.

I've stayed a number of times now, it's fully equipped with everything I need, so close to the beach and the surf club, the bed is super comfy, it's a nice quiet friendly little block and the unit just has a lovely feel to it. The office staff are also always really friendly and helpful, I highly recommend!
