Coral Gate 40 is ideally located on the absolute waterfront in the exclusive Anchorage Island Estate, Tweed Heads. Imagine holidaying on an island! The townhouse is located upstairs on the first floor and offers all the creature comforts of home in a serene, peaceful location.
The townhouse has 2 bedrooms - main with queen bed and ensuite with walk in shower and the second bedroom has 2 x king single beds (can be zipped together into a king bed). Both bedrooms have ceiling fans for year-round comfort.
The lounge room is comfortably furnished and there is a smart Tv with Netflix connectivity and free wifi along with books and games to enjoy.
The kitchen is well equipped with dishwasher and everything you need to cook and entertain on holidays or step out to your private waterfront balcony and cook up the days catch on the electric Bbq.
The main bathroom offers walk in shower with separate bath and there is a washing machine and dryer for your convenience. There is also a lock up garage with plenty of storage room.
Coral Gate 40 is located on the absolute waterfront with a sandy beach directly in front of the property. It is ideal for a family who enjoy fishing, swimming, paddle boarding or kayaking (1 kayak available for guests) whilst still being central to everything.
Anchorage Islands is a well-maintained complex offering manicured grounds, secure gated access and swimming pool. It is located only a short distance to shops, bowls cubs, Twin Towns Services Club, public transport, Tweed hospital, Tweed river and some of the Gold Coasts best beaches!
You are welcome to bring your boat with you, however please note there is no boat storage at the unit. Boat storage is available nearby on Wharf St in Tweed Heads. You are only allocated one parking space in the garage and are not permitted to park in the visitor parking.

Holiday properties are equipped with blankets/ doonas and pillows and protectors, however please remember to bring your own personal linen including sheets, pillow cases, towels and tea towels.
