Currumbin Breeze is a classic family beach house ideally located on the shores of Currumbin Creek.
The 5 bedroom house has plenty of room for up to 10 guests to relax and unwind and your dog is welcome to join you too!
The lower level offers comfortable living room with smart TV and dining area for 8 to enjoy meals inside. The modernized kitchen offers everything you need to cook and entertain on holidays with coffee machine, dishwasher, large fridge/ freezer , oven and stove and plenty of bench and storage space.
Step outside to enjoy everything on offer, including a beautiful sandy beach section of Currumbin Creek. Bring your kayaks/ paddleboards/ boat to explore the creek with direct access to the ocean (Currumbin Boat ramp is only a short drive from the house).
There is also a covered patio to enjoy meals outside and watch the kids (and dog) play in the grassy yard. The property is fenced on both sides, to safely prevent access to the main road.
The lower level also offers one bedroom with queen bed and ceiling fan, bathroom with shower and toilet and laundry with washer, dryer and second fridge.
Upstairs there are 4 bedrooms - 2 x queen bedrooms both with ceiling fans and 2 x bedrooms with 2 singles each (one with ceiling fan, the other with TV).
There is a comfortable loungeroom with leather lounge and recliner chairs, large smart TV and unlimited Wi-Fi.
Step through to the covered deck overlooking the serene waters of Currumbin Creek, this is the perfect spot to spend the afternoon with a good book or a cold drink!
There is also one bathroom with shower and bath plus a separate toilet.

The house is located directly across from The Pines shopping centre everything you need for holiday fun is close by – 1.6km to Palm Beach Parklands, surf beach and off-leash dog beach, 1km to Farmers Markets and skatepark, 1.3km to boat ramp, 1.3km to Currumbin R.S.L, 1.4km to the Boatshed Currumbin, 2.5kms to popular Palm Beach restaurants and bars, 2.8km to Currumbin Alley Surf School and Currumbin Rock, 3kms to Palm Beach Surf Club, 3.2km to Currumbin Wildlife Sanctuary.

Access is via a lockbox at the property. Further information will be provided closer to arrival.
Linen is not provided at this property. Holiday properties are equipped with blankets/ doonas and pillows and protectors, however please remember to bring your own personal linen including sheets, pillow cases, towels and tea towels. Peaceful Location Right On The River
Peter A - 6th October 2024We had a great stay at Currumbin Waters. Unfortunately our daughter’s family of 2 adults 3 grandchildren and dog couldn’t make it due to work commitments, so it was just four adults in the quite roomy house. Nice new kitchen with recent renovation downstairs with quaint 1970 era bathroom up and downstairs which add character. Everything required is supplied including heaps of beach towels we didn’t get to use. Peaceful location right on the river. Caught a flathead throwing soft plastics from the beach on the front lawn. Only a little noise was from childcare next door mainly on weekdays at drop off time. We were out most days doing Gold Coast stuff and it was shut by the time we got back so it wasn’t an issue. For the fact it sleeps 10 ( 3 x double beds & 2x 2 single beds ) it reasonably priced if you can fill it up We found it much nicer than staying in a motel or hotel which was the alternative. We might try again for a family get together next year.
Quite, clean and pretty setting on the river

Easy, Friendly and Fun
Shai Z - 3rd April 2024We had a really nice stay at Currumbin Breeze (despite the weather). The house is perfect for a larger group, there are plenty of open spaces and private rooms to retreat to. Most importantly, the GC Holiday Homes team were super lovely to deal with. We arrived early, needed to check out late, left stuff there etc. (classic family holiday) and nothing was a problem. I would recommend booking direct through GC Holiday Homes so you experience their service and the ease of booking.
