Check the surf, whale watch in winter or just enjoy the stunning Gold Coast sunrises and sunsets, from your own private sanctuary.

There is also a lovely sunroom which can be fully enclosed with plantation shutters to ensure comfort on the rare windy day!

The kitchen is well equipped with everything you need on holidays including dishwasher, cooktop, oven and microwave.

There is a full size bathroom with shower and separate toilet and laundry with washing machine and dryer.

There are ceiling fans in the loungeroom and second bedroom, and you can usually expect a a lovely refreshing ocean breeze in the master bedroom.

Diamond Place is a private complex set back from the road, and is only 50m from the patrolled section of the beach. The unit is walking distance to Tugun Village which hosts a selection of trendy cafes and restaurants, food store, medical centre, church and bakeries. The local tavern and surf club are also close enough to walk to, where you can also enjoy lunch and dinner including a well stocked bottle shop at the tavern
