The light and breezy loungeroom features 55-inch smart TV, unlimited Wi-Fi, comfortable furnishings and reverse cycle air-conditioning. Step through to the beachfront balcony overlooking Kirra beach, with the vibrant blue Pacific Ocean framed by Norfolk pines lining the foreshore.
This is the perfect spot to enjoy sunrise over the ocean, whale watch in winter and enjoy the Cooly Rocks festivities in June.
The kitchen is well equipped with stone benchtops and plenty of storage space.
There is also spacious bathroom with walk in shower, toilet and washing machine and dryer.
Kirra Vista offers communal inground swimming pool and secure parking for one car.
Kirra Vista is located in the heart of Kirra with restaurants, cafes, boutique stores and public transport on your doorstep. It is only 1km to Kirra Point (famous surf break) and a short, scenic stroll to Coolangatta.
Smoking is not permitted inside the property at anytime.
