The unit offers 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms (master with ensuite). The master bedroom offers queen sized bed, ensuite with walk in shower, and flat screen TV. The second bedroom offers 2 single beds and both bedrooms have ceiling fans for year-round comfort. Both bedrooms also offer stunning views and refreshing coastal breezes.
There is also a full-size bathroom with shower over bath and internal washing machine and dryer for your convenience.

Coolangatta is located only 5 minutes from the Gold Coast airport, 35 minutes south of Surfers Paradise, and 45 minutes north of Byron Bay. Coolangatta offers a smorgasbord of cafes, restaurants, pubs and bars. Coolangatta beach is patrolled year round and offers clean white sand and clear water. For surfers, it is only a short walk to some of Australias best surf breaks- Kirra Point, Snapper Rocks and DBar. Shoppers will love the trendy fashion boutiques, homewares stores and surf stores, and you can stock up on basics at Woolworths in the Strand. There is free Wi-Fi in The Strand shopping centre, as well as in the parkland along the beach. Enjoy loads of free activities and the Coolangatta Art and Craft markets on the second Sunday of each month.

Great apartment with outstanding views. Looks like it has been refurbished recently. Good beds and functional bathrooms and well equipped kitchen. Everything very clean. Great to have shopping centre downstairs and the apartment block is centrally situated and there are many dining options nearby. Would stay again.
