The ground level offers swimming pool with tropical gardens and a covered alfresco dining area with views over the pool to the ocean.
There is also an ideal teenagers retreat which can be enclosed with bifold doors and offers a TV, DVD player and comfy lounges to sit back and relax.
The ground level also offers a fully equipped laundry with washing machine and dryer and third bathroom with shower and toilet.
The main level is the heart of the home, featuring open plan living designed to capitalize on the stunning ocean views.
The sleek and modern kitchen features walk in pantry, high quality appliances including dishwasher and coffee machine and breakfast bench.
The loungeroom offers ultimate relaxation with comfortable leather lounges, smart TV and unlimited Wi-Fi.
The bright and airy living rooms leads out onto the beachfront balcony with BBQ, alfresco dining and an incredible ocean vista.
The middle level also offers one bedroom with a king bed.
The top level offers three bedrooms, including the master suite with king bed, private balcony, walk in robe and ensuite with spa bath.
The second bedroom has one king bed, the third has two single beds, and they share the main bathroom with shower and toilet.
The property offers secure garage parking for 2 vehicles, plus driveway parking for a third vehicle or boat.

Having 2flights of stairs without a Toilet on main living could be an issue for young families or the elderly. Overall it works for a beachside holiday place & close to public transport if needed.

The kitchen was very well equipped. The house is spacious and well furnished. The beach is very beautiful and there are plenty of good cafes and restaurants within walking distance. We would love to go back!
