The apartment (located on the first floor) offers 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms (including ensuite) and wraparound balcony offering views over the tropical gardens and swimming pool out to the Pacific ocean.
The open plan living area features comfortable corner lounge, smart TV, unlimited Wi-Fi and access to the beachfront balcony.
The balcony offers gas BBQ and 2 sitting areas, including one outside the master bedroom - perfect to roll out of bed and enjoy your morning coffee.
Enjoy stunning views over the swimming pool and Norfolk pines and out to the vibrant blue waters of the Pacific Ocean and the skyline of Surfers Paradise.
The master bedroom offers a queen bed, sleek and modern ensuite with walk in shower, plus a built in wardrobe and access to the beachfront balcony. Enjoy refreshing breezes and listen to the sound of the ocean as you fall asleep.
The second bedroom features a king bed (can be split into 2 singles) and built in wardrobe.
The main bathroom also features floor to ceiling tiles, modern fixtures and fittings and a walk in shower with rainwater head, toilet and washing machine and dryer.
The well equipped kitchen has everything you need to cook and entertain on holidays, including dishwasher.
There are ceiling fans in the loungeroom and both bedrooms, plus there is a great cross breeze from the ocean to keep the apartment cool.
Porta Pacifique is a secure and well-maintained building offering a swimming pool, half-size tennis court, tropical gardens and secure basement parking for one car. There are also on-site 8-hour visitor car parks for guests to share.
The building is located on Pacific Parade across from the quiet and peaceful Bilinga Beach – and only 600m from the North Kirra Surf Club and a patrolled beach.
Keys are to be collected from and returned to our office, 76 Griffith St, Coolangatta.
The second bedroom will be set up as a king bed. If you wish for it to be split into 2 singles, you must advise us at time of booking and a charge may apply. Alternatively, you are welcome to split the beds on arrival and change back to a king on departure.

Holiday properties are equipped with blankets/doonas and pillows and protectors, however please remember to bring your own personal linen including sheets, pillow cases, towels and tea towels. Bilinga is located only minutes from the Gold Coast airport, 35 minutes south of Surfers Paradise, and 45 minutes north of Byron Bay. Hop straight off the plane and into paradise! Bilinga offers one of the least crowded beaches on the Gold Coast, and has a quaint, beach town vibe. The beach is patrolled in front of the surf club, and most accommodation options feature wonderful views from Surfers Paradise to Coolangatta. There are a cafes and restaurants nearby, also the wonderful Tugan Food Market and it is only a flat, easy walk or bike ride into Coolangatta along the footpath that hugs the beach.

Unit was spacious and recently renovated with good quality solid furniture. On the first floor with ocean views across the road. Most units I've stayed in have the basics. This unit had the lot. Nespresso coffee machine, Dyson stick vacuum, BBQ on the balcony (which we didn't use as it was quite windy during our stay), plenty of crockery and cutlery. It also had soaps, tissues, tp, cleaning products, s&p, and plenty of little extras. We had a very enjoyable stay.

We enjoyed staying in the apartment. It had everything we needed. The staff that I dealt with at Gold Coast Holiday Homes were good. However, I wasn't happy about having to supply an electronic copy of my personal information such as a valid ID. I've never been asked to do that before, e.g. Airbnb and Stayz don't require that. Given the number of large organisations that have had their data hacked via the internet, your assurance about the security of your stored data did not reassure me.
