San Simeon 4 is a beautifully presented ground floor unit located on the absolute beachfront of Tugun.
Step out of the loungeroom, across the manicured lawns and onto the sands of Tugun Beach.
Unit 4 is ideally located next to the swimming pool so you can watch the kids play, while enjoying stunning ocean views and breezes from your private terrace patio.
The beautifully presented open plan loungeroom features smart TV with Foxtel and unlimited Wi-Fi, bar fridge and tasteful furnishings.
The kitchen is modern and fully equipped with dishwasher and island bench overlooking the dining area with plenty of room to enjoy meals together on holidays.
The master bedroom feature queen bed, ensuite with walk in shower, and access to your terrace patio. Step straight from bed out to the beach for an early morning surf or dip in the ocean.
The second bedroom offers 2 single beds and the third bedroom offers 1 double bed.
The main bathroom has a shower over bath plus separate toilet, and there is a washing machine and dryer for guests to use.
This light, airy and beautifully styled apartment offers stunning views in an incredible location and will allow you to settle into a blissful holiday mode, the moment you arrive.

Keys
Keys are to be collected and returned from our office, 76 Griffith St, Coolangatta. Our office is an approximate 10 minute drive south of the property and 6 minute drive south of the GC Airport
Linen is not provided at this property. Holiday properties are equipped with blankets/ doonas and pillows and protectors, however please remember to bring your own personal linen including sheets, pillow cases, towels and tea towels. We also suggest you bring with you soaps, dishwashing liquid, toilet paper etc. Linen can be hired at a reasonable cost through Hire All – Phone (07) 5536 1379 or www.goldcoasthireall.com.au

Great Location & Apartment!
Maria A - 27th October 2024While on arrival it presented as a little small, in practice with 5 of us it worked fine, so wasn't an issue. The unit itself was on the ground floor which while I can imagine (and reported by others) in busy time there may be a lot of pool traffic and noise, it was actually preferable as you have immediate access to the beach front. The complex is well looked after, and the unit was clean and tidy, and they had good value add additions ... great BBQ area for the complex and nice additions like bag trollies in the garage. While it isn't ideal driving 10-15mins to collect and drop off the keys it was worth that small effort. All in all a great location and apartment.
Walk out front door straight to the pool or beach!
Sheree A - 22nd October 2024It was excellent, only small thing was that the bin in the ensuite wasn’t replaced, but no big problem. Aircon in the lounge room would benefit especially during summer. The location is excellent, it was great to be able to walk out the front and be able to go straight into the pool or the beach. The place was big enough for the 5 of us and didn’t feel too cramped at all. The fact you are on the ground floor made it feel like you had more space. It is along the flight path so if you want peace and quiet during the day this isn’t the place for you. We would be back for sure.

Oh My Gosh, This Was Perfect!

Right next to the pool and beach side -so great for the kids and us. 3 brm and so nicely decorated /kitchen had absolutely everything (except a Nespresso machine )-was just perfect. Would def recommend it and would love to return.

Crystal - 14th May 2024Kid friendly, pool right near balcony, games room, and bbq area. Best room to book if you have a family. However you will need to bring a portable highchair and any beach chairs, toys, games ect as they are not supplied.

Lisa A - 25th January 2024Fab place! Only drawback is no Aircon. Oh and if you like your privacy this is not the unit for you as it’s right across from the pool and with no Aircon it’s difficult to close windows or curtains for privacy even at night. Otherwise the location is excellent, the unit itself while small is fabulously appointed and the hosts are fantastic.

The unit was very clean, and the kitchen was well equipped with the basics as well as platters, serving bowls and crockery and glassware. Very impressed by the maintenance man, who kept the bbq area, pool area and refuse area immaculate each day.
