Seascape Apartment 1502 is located on the 15th floor and features 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms (master with ensuite).

The apartment is very spacious and airy with an abundance of natural light from the full height windows and glass sliding doors throughout.

There is a fully renovated, well equipped kitchen with dishwasher and internal laundry facilities.

The master bedroom offers king bed and the second bedroom features 2 single beds. Both bedrooms have ceiling fans and access to the balcony, with stunning water views!

The loungeroom/ dining room leads through to the large balcony that spans the length of the apartment and covered alfresco dining area with breathtaking ocean and river views. Seascape 1502 has been modernised throughout and offers a blissful holiday experience.

Set amongst 2 hectares of immaculate tropical gardens Seascape is the perfect location for holiday makers of all ages. Seascape is only short easy walk to Twin Towns Club, major shopping centres and Coolangatta shops and cafes.

Great apartment

We have stayed in 1502 on many occasions and also enjoyed the location and comfort. Would like to see a hair dryer in the apartment if possible at some stage. The apartment is always clean and well presented but we do feel the (fabric) lounge and scatter cushions would benefit from clean and freshen up. Fabric does tend to hold on to cooking smells with age...
