The home is built over 3 levels with the double garage plus extra shower on the ground floor. The first and second floors are split level.
The first floor features open plan dining, kitchen and lounge area opening onto a sunny balcony, with a couple of steps up to 2 bedrooms and the main bathroom.
The main bedroom is located on the third floor (top floor) featuring ocean views through the white plantation shutters plus an ensuite.

A True Holiday Homes!
Trent Bonar - 21st January 2023This property was a true holiday home. Low maintenance, homey, pet friendly and an awesome location. We enjoyed a relaxed week with our family and our dog. Exercise, coffee and a swim every morning and lots of quiet meals at home with the ocean breezes. We would have loved wifi and the option to leave our pup asleep inside whilst we went out for dinner but both those things would not deter us from staying again. Thank you for having us.

We had excellent help from the property manager during our stay at Seawoods and nothing was too much trouble. We had a wonderful time and would not hesitate to book our next holiday again through Gold Cost Holiday homes.
