Step outside to the covered balcony, equipped with comfy furnishings and tropical garden views.

The kitchen is well equipped (no dishwasher), with everything you need to cook and entertain on holidays and plenty or bench and storage space.

The unit offers two bedrooms - master bedroom with queen bed, walk in robe, ensuite with shower and toilet and access to the rear courtyard patio.

The second bedroom provides 2 single beds and both rooms have ceiling fans.

There is also a main bathroom with bathtub, shower and toilet, and laundry with washing machine and dryer.

Unit 8 is on the ground floor with approximately 7 steps up from the path. There is secure underground parking for one car.

Sunrise Sea is in a fantastic location in the heart of Coolangatta with a range of cafes, restaurants, specialty stores on offer and only a 600m walk to Coolangatta Surf Club and beach.

Linen is not provided at this property. Holiday properties are equipped with blankets/ doonas and pillows and protectors, however please remember to bring your own personal linen including sheets, pillow cases, towels and tea towels. Perfect unit for a getaway

My family loved our stay in this unit, and we will be staying here again! The unit itself is a good layout, clean and comfortable. The bathrooms, laundry and well-equipped kitchen suited our family and made it an easy getaway. I was originally worried that the unit was located on a hill but it's near the bottom; most days we walked to the local coffee shops and beach. It is a very central location and the carpark was handy! No lift but its ground level so only a small amount of stairs.

Great location; good apartment

We had a really good stay in Coolangatta. The location was close enough to walk to the beach each day and 25 degree waters were perfect. The apartment has been recently furnished, but it feels dated. There was unfortunately a sewage smell most of the week. Also, the kitchen only had the most basic items. But the apartment block is generally long term occupants so it didn’t feel busy or loud.

It is unfortunate you did not let us know during your stay, so that we could have arranged our plumber to attend and rectify.
