Wave Break Unit 6 is a spacious unit, located on the first floor featuring great ocean views over famous Kirra Point.
The unit offers 2 bedrooms - master with ensuite, air-conditioning, queen bed and balcony access and the second bedroom with 2 single beds.
The spacious and air-conditioned living room is comfortably furnished and offers flat screen TV and DVD player. Step through to the private beachside balcony which offers lovely beach views and refreshing sea breezes.
There is also a spacious, fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher and internal laundry facilities.
Wave Break is a small complex comprising of only 7 apartments offering secure underground parking. It is located across the road from world famous Kirra Point, patrolled beach and Kirra Surf Club. Unit 6 is situated on the first floor of a 3 storey walk up and is the ideal unit for all holiday makers and beach lovers!
* Please note that there is construction on the site adjacent to Wave Break, which may cause noise disruption at times

Keys
Keys are to be collected from and returned to our office, 76 Griffith Street Coolangatta. Our office is an approximate 4 minute drive south of the property and 6 minute drive south of the GC Airport
Linen is not provided at this property. Holiday properties are equipped with blankets/ doonas and pillows and protectors, however please remember to bring your own personal linen including sheets, pillow cases, towels and tea towels. We also suggest you bring with you soaps, dishwashing liquid, toilet paper etc. Linen can be hired at a reasonable cost through Hire All – Phone (07) 5536 1379 or www.goldcoasthireall.com.au

mick M - 21st October 2024First off the location and size of the unit was great. That's about all the positives iv got. The unit entry was flooded whenever it rained and the stench of mould in the stairwell took our breath away. There were also backpackers sleeping in the secure parking downstairs.
Hi Mick, Thanks for taking the time to leave your review although it is disappointing that you did not report any issues during stay as we would have appreciated the opportunity to rectify them for you. After receiving your feedback, we contacted the owner & body corporate to have building foyer looked at to prevent further water issues during heavy rain events. We have also enquired about the campervan parked in the basement garage and have been advised that this belongs to one of the building residents and does not have anyone sleeping in it. You could walk to coffee shops straight across the road, walk to restaurants, surf clubs in abundance, Coolangatta shops, movies just around the corner by the sea. Very impressive amounts of hand washing liquid etc. Awesome views from the top of Kirra right near our Unit. Only one thing was a negative. Couldn't get the air conditioning to work on cold, only hot air kept blowing out no matter how hard we tried.

Leeann - 4th February 2021Wave Break 6 was great, comfortable, perfect location to best surfing beach, water views (across the road), good size rooms and friendly neighbours. It would have been great to have Wifi and aircon as it was very hot but hey the fans were fine and we coped. We definitely will be back again our girls loved it!
