Xavier Dunes is a small and exclusive complex, located on the beachfront at Tugun/Currumbin Beach. The entire building was completely remodelled in 2019 and offers 6 light and airy, modern apartments.
Apartment 1 is located on the ground floor on the Southern side, with views spanning to Coolangatta and Rainbow Bay.
With its open-plan living and an abundance of natural light, the apartment delivers effortless coastal style and a relaxed laid back vibe.
The apartment offers three bedrooms - master with king bed, second with queen bed and third with two single beds. All bedrooms have ceiling fans and reverse cycle air-conditioning to ensure you sleep comfortably year round.
The designer kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need to cook and entertain including dishwasher and coffee pod machine. Enjoys meals inside or bask in the sun and dine alfresco on the terrace patio!
This is the perfect spot to watch the sun rise over the ocean, check the surf while you enjoy your morning coffee or whale watch in winter.
After a big day at the beach, sit back and relax in the comfortable air-conditioned loungeroom with smart TV and unlimited Wi-Fi.
Xavier Dunes is located on a quiet and exclusive cul-de-sac with no through traffic. There is secure underground parking and lift access to all levels.
Ideally located between Tugun and Currumbin along the Oceanway Path, you can easily walk or cycle to stock up on supplies or check out one of the many cafes, restaurants, bars and surf clubs.
Keys
Keys are to be collected from and returned to our office at 76 Griffith Street, Coolangatta. Our office is an approximate 14 minute drive south of the property and 6 minute drive south of the GC Airport.
Linen is not provided at this property. Holiday properties are equipped with blankets/ doonas and pillows and protectors, however please remember to bring your own personal linen including sheets, pillow cases, towels and tea towels. We also suggest you bring with you soaps, dishwashing liquid, toilet paper etc. Linen can be hired at a reasonable cost through Hire All – Phone (07) 5536 1379 or www.goldcoasthireall.com.au

The Sound Of The Waves Was Amazing!
Erica A - 7th May 2024Dune apartment 1 was fantastic. It had been cleaned beautifully. Although there were planes going over, we could hardly hear them. The sound of the waves was amazing. I would stay there again without hesitation. Gold Coast holiday homes were extremely helpful.

The bedroom configuration was great also with 3 big bedrooms and 2 bathrooms - perfect for a large family like ours! Definitely would recommend to anyone!
