Coolangatta Christmas Carols  2023

Tis the season to be Jolly!  The Cooly Christmas Carols is not to be missed!

Enjoy all your favorite carols with loads of festive performances under the stars of the Southern Gold Coast. Enjoy food trucks (sweet & savoury), and witness Santa’s grand annual entrance, which, last year involved an exhilarating skydive from an airplane!

This free event kicks off at 5:30pm (QLD) with Food trucks, Christmas markets, and Children’s entertainment and finish with a fantastic fireworks display.

• Where: Queen Elizabeth Park, Coolangatta (next to the Coolangatta surf club)

Hot Tip: We recommend arriving with plenty of time to enjoy the markets and grab a good position and some food, pack a blanket/towel/cushion for the most comfortable seats.

Kingscliff Christmas Carols 2023

Enjoy the feel of a local community carols. Pack a picnic rug and some drinks and enjoy all the popular Christmas songs by local schools, singers and special choirs.

Support the lions BBQ fundraiser, or grab some food from the various shops over the road from the park.  Carols are on from 6pm and Santa’s special arrival will be around 8pm.

Tugun Lights up for Christmas

Tugun Lights Up returns for its eleventh-annual celebration!  Toolona Street Party is always a fantastic community event for kids and adults alike. Dine under the stars and listen to Christmas Carols, visit the markets selling Christmas gifts, and enjoy special stage performances, art activities, and local business specials.

Christmas Feast Food Fiesta, Tweed Heads

Live Music, a Fire Show & Food Trucks! Tin Parlour will be bringing the tunes for a Christmas party on the Tweed Heads waterfront at sunset! Bring your family and friends, grab a chair or picnic blanket

Palm Beach Farmers Markets

Secure the best fresh produce for a delicious Christmas feast, and stock up on all your last-minute gifts at the Palm Beach farmers market, this Christmas eve.  All our favorite stall holders will be selling amazing foods, the perfect festive wares, and live entertainment from our local community – with a special appearance from Santa for the kids!  It’s always a fabulous morning out.

Murwillumbah Christmas Market

Murwillumbah Markets Makers & Finders CHRISTMAS BAZAAR offers over 100 stall holders, artisan food, and festive cheer!  One of the best Markets for good vibes, and family friendly fun.  Find your handmade Christmas presents, stocking fillers, and produce from some of the best local and boutique Makers and Producers while enjoying the festive atmosphere with Christmas carols and amazing eats!

Tweed Mall
Visit Santa at Tweed Mall this Christmas and every child will receive a free gift from Santa. Times are 10am-2pm (NSW time) Friday 1st December to Friday 15th December, then 10am-4pm (NSW time) from Saturday 16th December to Christmas Eve. Pet photos are available on Tuesday 13th and Thrusday 15th December from 3pm-8pm. Sundays are when you can experience ‘Surfy Santa’! Surfy Santa Photos will be on offer, FREE for the first 40 customers each Sunday. More details here.

Currumbin RSL FRIENDmas Trivia

Fan of FRIENDS the TV show? and Christmas? Well if such a combo tickles your fancy, look no further than FRIENDmas Trivia at Currumbin RSL.  This event is POPULAR and has a waitlist, so make sure to get on early to secure your spot when tables become available. The questions are fun (not hard), and there are some amazing prizes up for grabs.

If you’re after a more laid-back Christmas day, the Kingscliff Beach hotel has you covered.
