Tammy Stringer – Company Owner
Our Company Manager Tammy Stringer has been in the real estate industry for over 25 years and is the proud winner of the Gold Coast Women in Business Awards – Employer of the Year 2023 award. Tammy shows extensive professional and personal skills in her responsibilities managing the daily operations of both Gold Coast Holiday Homes and DJ Stringer Property Services and promoting a supportive, encouraging work environment for her staff. In Tammy’s downtime from this demanding role, you’ll find her spending time with her family and enjoying an active lifestyle outdoors.
David Stringer – Company Owner
As Principal of DJ Stringer Property Services, David has almost 30 years’ real estate experience and is considered a leading real estate agent in the local area. Last year, David was placed in REB’s Top 25 Agents in QLD and was also ranked Rate my Agent’s top Real Estate Agent and Agency of the Year for Coolangatta, Bilinga and Tweed Heads. David’s personable and professional attitude fosters strong relationships and results in many repeat clients. David is a family orientated guy who enjoys water skiing, boating and martial arts in his downtime.
Courtney Hartley – Portfolio Manager
Courtney is well travelled with a background in real estate, tourism and hospitality and has been part of the Gold Coast Holiday Homes team since 2015. Her friendly nature and calm, logical approach enables Courtney to build solid and lasting relationships with owners and guests alike. Courtney is our “go-to-girl” consistently providing support to the team to empower each other daily. After taking a year off to travel Australia, Courtney, her partner and dog Olive have now settled on acreage and spend their weekends enhancing their special patch of paradise.
Andrea Thomas – Holiday Property Manager
Andrea is our Gold Coast local, having lived in the area her whole life. With over 30 years’ experience in the holiday rental industry, Andrea is a wealth of knowledge and a familiar face to many of our long-time owners and guests. Andrea’s thorough work ethic and calm, logical approach to problem solving enables her to break down the issue, offer alternatives and arrive at the best solution to suit owners and guests. Away from her busy work commitments, Andrea enjoys travelling with friends, or spending time with her family and Cavoodle, Moose.
Mary Watkins – Holiday Accounts Manager
With over 25 years’ experience in real estate and a strong focus on holiday rentals, Mary fully understands the needs of her clients and ensures that she meets and exceeds their expectations. Mary is organised and meticulous, which allows her to successfully manage all aspects of accounting within the busy department. Mary is a hardworking and loyal team member and thrives in her role as Chief Cake Baker when it comes to celebrating birthdays amongst the team. When she’s not working, Mary enjoys knitting, crocheting and catching up with friends.

Jenny Crawford – Housekeeping Manager
Jenny joins GCHH in the role of Housekeeping Manager and brings a background in administration across a range of sectors. Jenny’s professionalism, ability to prioritise multiple tasks and build great rapport with our team of expert cleaning contractors and trades, ensures our holiday properties are cleaned, maintained and presented to an exceptional standard. Outside of work, Jenny is a keen AFL fan, a life member of the Western Bulldogs and enjoys spending time with her Jack Russell, Beau.
Sarah Clifford – Holiday Consultant
Sarah joined the team in 2021 after living and working in Germany for several years. With experience in support work, real estate, hospitality and tourism, Sarah is friendly, calm, empathetic and attentive. She is extremely organised and manages the compliance requirements for our holiday properties with ease. Sarah brings a fun attitude to the team with her puns and ‘joke advent calendars’ and in her downtime enjoys craft, cooking, farmers markets and travelling.
Tenaya Sanders – Holiday Consultant
Meet Tenaya, the newest member to join our team of holiday consultants. With a background in hospitality and customer service, Tenaya understands the importance of ensuring our guests are well looked after while booking and staying with us. Tenaya brings a warm smile and a cheerful, happy nature to the team, and loves helping guests choose the perfect holiday property for their stay. Outside of work, Tenaya loves getting out and exploring, taking spontaneous road trips, exploring cafes and unwinding by the beach, collecting shells.
