⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Either the spectacular location or the gorgeous accommodation would have been enough on its own. But to have both… Seminyak 1 is so well designed and laid out that it feels much larger than it is.
With two large bedroom upstairs, each with its own full bathroom, and a common luxurious lounge area it feels very European despite the beachy decor. A wonderful balcony overlooks the front of the block. Downstairs the smallest bedroom has lovely views directly on to the pool and is cosy and comfortable with an adjoining toilet.
The kitchen is large, well appointed and has a wide selection of cooking and serving utensils, cutlery and crockery. A separate formal dining looks onto the pool area, or sit out the back for a more relaxed occasion, undercover in the private rear courtyard. The main living has comfortable lounges, air-conditioning, a massive TV with Foxtel and DVD.
Between the front door and the pool area, a Balinese hut has comfortable chairs and a day-bed to enjoy a drink and/or supervise the pool. Secure parking off-street for a vehicle is available. But why would you bother in the kitchen when Kirra Beach’s Musgrave Street eateries are so close at hand.
With a huge variety of casual, formal and funky restaurants and cafes within a stones throw, you wouldn’t lift a finger and the patrolled beach is only a moment beyond those. Walk a little bit further to Coolangatta to another beach, more food, drink and shopping. This is busier and a little bit more commercial than laid back Kirra. Grab a coffee or a smoothie, sit on the dazzling sand and watch the sun come up over the crystal waters.
This place is absolute paradise!
