Tammy is the general office manager overseeing financial operations within Gold Coast Holiday Homes & DJ Stringer Property Services.
This demanding task has provided Tammy with the professional skills to handle financial matters on a wide range of individual and corporate clients.
David Stringer – Company Owner
Amassing over 27 years within the real estate & holiday letting industries, David is considered one of the most dynamic and innovative marketing specialists.
David is regularly relied upon for market commentary across all mediums including Property Developers, Financial Institutions, Property Valuation Firms, National and International Property Investors.
Courtney Hartley – Portfolio Manager
Courtney is well travelled with a background in customer service, hospitality and real estate roles. Her strong customer service focus and calm, logical approach has seen Courtney excel within the holiday team. Courtney is always looking to expand our growing portfolio of holiday properties, and is constantly reviewing our marketing strategies to give owners the best exposure for their properties. Courtney liaises with both owners and guests to ensure that they are continually pleased with our service.
Holli Reeves– Holiday Consultant
Holli is well traveled and is a long-time local who loves to call the Gold Coast home. She has joined our team with a background in real estate sales, property management and other managerial roles. Holli’s calm and friendly nature allows her to handle all matters with care. She understands that your holiday time is precious and will always go the extra mile to ensure your stay with us is a memorable one.
Andrea Thomas – Holiday Consultant
Andrea joins Gold Coast Holiday Homes with over 25 years’ experience in the holiday rental industry. A born and bred Gold Coast local, Andrea is has seen the area change and grow into the tourism hot spot it is today. Andrea handles all repairs and maintenance with ease and her experience along with her friendly manner ensures that owners and guests are always pleased.
Lisa Wischnevsky – Holiday Consultant
Lisa is a born and bred Gold Coast local who has worked in the Holiday industry since 2008. With a background in hospitality work, Lisa’s friendly customer service is top notch. Lisa’s experience and local knowledge will ensure that guests are provided with the most relevant information on our properties to assist them in booking the right holiday accommodation to suit their needs.
Mary Watkins – Holiday Consultant
Having over 20 years’ experience in property management, with her main focus on holiday rentals together with sales administration, Mary fully understands the needs of her clients and ensures that she meets and exceeds their expectations. Mary is completely dedicated to her clients’ best interests and strives to ensure that all properties under her care are achieving the best possible results for her clients, whether this means a good occupancy rate or the provision of the perfect place to get away.
Tenneale Wallis – Holiday Consultant
Tenneale is originally from the Central Coast working as a holiday letting agent on the beach suburbs of Terrigal & Avoca making the move to sunny Queensland over 13 years ago.
She has now over 12 years’ experience as a local Property Manager enabling her to provide a wealth of knowledge of the local area. Tenneale is exceptionally organised, and her cool, calm personality allows her to execute all matters with care and precision.
Shelley Ottens – Online Marketing Specialist
Originally from the Northern Territory but most recently from 15 years in Melbourne; Shelley moved to the Gold Coast in Jan 2015 to settle into a relaxed beachy lifestyle! She joins team in a Online Marketing role handling our Social Media and website with a wealth of experience after running her own agency in Melbourne and more recently a smaller scale freelance marketing business. Shelley’s online experience, friendly attitude and efficient professional manner make her a valuable team member.
