Tammy Stringer – Company Owner
Tammy Stringer has been in the real estate industry for over 25 years and holds the position as Company Manager for Gold Coast Holiday Homes and DJ Stringer Property Services. Tammy’s primary role requires her to undertake all responsibilities for a large trust accounting system incorporating company sales, financial administration and budgeting. This demanding task, as well as overseeing our large Property Management Division, with a portfolio estimated at over $500M, relies on Tammy’s extensive professional and personal skills to facilitate and manage financial matters on behalf of a wide range of individuals, investors and corporate clients.
David Stringer – Company Owner
As Principal of DJ Stringer Property Services, David has amassed nearly 30 years within the real estate & holiday letting industries and is considered one of the most dynamic marketing specialists.
David is regularly relied upon for market commentary across all mediums including Property Developers, Financial Institutions, Property Valuation Firms, National and International Property Investors.
Courtney Hartley – Portfolio Manager
Courtney is well travelled with a background in real estate, customer service and hospitality roles and has been part of the Gold Coast Holiday Homes team since 2015. Her friendly nature and calm, logical approach to problem solving enables Courtney to break down the issue, offer alternatives and arrive at the best solution to suit owners and guests. This same sensible approach allows Courtney to build solid and lasting relationships with owners and guests alike. Courtney is always looking to expand our growing portfolio of holiday properties and always looking for ways to improve the management and booking experience for owners and guests. Courtney is our “go-to-girl” consistently providing support to the team to empower each other every day. After taking a year off to travel Australia in their campervan, Courtney and her partner have settled on acreage under Wolumbin and spend their weekends with their dog Olive, enhancing their special patch of paradise.
Andrea Thomas – Holiday Property Manager
Andrea has a wealth of knowledge with over 25 years’ experience in the holiday rental industry. She is a familiar face to many of our guests who have been staying with us for more than 20 years! As a Gold Coast local she has seen the area change and grow over the years. Despite her many years in real estate, Andrea’s passion for her guests and owners is still evident. Andrea’s remarkable depth of knowledge and experience in holiday rentals along with her focused approach to providing excellent service is an asset to the business. Away from her busy work commitments, Andrea enjoys travelling with friends, or spending time with her family and Cavoodle Moose.
Mary Watkins – Holiday Accounts Manager
With over 20 years’ experience in real estate, with a strong focus on holiday rentals, Mary fully understands the needs of her clients and ensures that she meets and exceeds their expectations. Mary is thorough and meticulous, which allows her to successfully manage all aspects of accounting within the busy department. Mary has a great team spirit, is hardworking and loyal. The other great quality Mary possesses is patience! Mary navigates the M1 roadworks for an hour each way, every day and the reason Mary does this is because she loves her work and the camaraderie of the whole DJ Stringer/Gold Coast Holiday Homes family. Mary is also Chief Cake Baker when it comes to celebrating birthdays amongst the team.
Danarose Paton – Holiday Consultant
Danarose is a customer relationship specialist with a dynamic background in sales and customer service from working in property in Sydney and a variety of customer service and administration roles across various industries. Her bright and bubbly personality and calm approach, coupled with her ability to think on her feet are the perfect attributes for our holiday team. Dana loves spending her downtime at the beach with her family and their newest addition – a groodle named Banksi.
Jenny Crawford – Housekeeping Manager
Jenny joins GCHH in the role of Housekeeping Manager and brings a solid background in administration across a range of sectors including 4 years in real estate. Jenny has a knack of keeping things running smoothly whilst prioritising multiple tasks with a high level of professionalism and attention to detail. Organised and systematic, Jenny acts as the engine room for the wider team and is responsible for managing our team of professional cleaning contractors, liaising with trades and suppliers whilst building rapport with them all to ensure our holiday properties are cleaned, maintained, and presented to an exceptional standard. When Jenny is not working, she is a keen AFL fan and a life member of the Western Bulldogs. Jenny also loves spending time with her Jack Russell, Beau
Nicole Gear – Holiday Consultant
Nicole has extensive holiday resort experience, predominately front office, as well as supervisor and management experience. After travelling and working seasonal positions within the Hospitality and Tourism industry for many years up and down the east and west coast of Australia including a skiing season in Canada, Nicole’s experience has been finely honed over the past decade. Nicole has now settled on the Gold Coast and is looking forward to utilizing her transferable and relevant skills in the role of Holiday Consultant. Acute attention to detail and excellent problem-solving skills, coupled with Nicole’s genuine down to earth nature ensures that guests who deal with Gold Coast Holiday Homes receive nothing less than a comprehensive, positive and pleasant encounter. Nicole loves spending her weekends with her partner, camping and exploring the local area in their Troopy.
Katrina Greenhalgh – Holiday Consultant
Katrina joins our team with extensive holiday rental, hotel guest services, human resources and property management experience. Katrina is bright and bubbly, offering friendly and honest advice to help you choose the perfect holiday property to suit your needs. Her attention to detail and organised nature allows her to manage compliance requirements for our holiday owners with ease. After living in Byron Bay for over a decade, Katrina travelled Australia in a caravan with her partner before settling on the Gold Coast.
