Tammy Stringer – Company Owner
Tammy Stringer has been in the real estate industry for over 25 years and holds the position as Company Manager for Gold Coast Holiday Homes and DJ Stringer Property Services.
Tammy’s primary role requires her to undertake all associated responsibilities for a large trust accounting system incorporating company sales, financial administration and budgeting. This demanding task, as well as overseeing our large Property Management Division, with a portfolio estimated at over $500M, relies on Tammy’s extensive professional and personal skills to facilitate and manage financial matters on behalf of a wide range of individuals, investors and corporate clients.
In addition, Tammy (with Principal David Stringer) have 3 lovely children and is heavily involved in the local community, which includes sponsorship for a large list of non-for-profit organisations.
It is important when choosing an agency to represent your business, that consideration also be given to the strength of the core management of such firm. David Stringer – Company Owner
Amassing nearly 30 years within the real estate & holiday letting industries, David is considered one of the most dynamic marketing specialists.
David is regularly relied upon for market commentary across all mediums including Property Developers, Financial Institutions, Property Valuation Firms, National and International Property Investors.
Annie Walsh – Manager
Annie has a business management background and has worked for large corporates, not for profit organisations and private enterprises.
Annie’s experience and personality enables her to foster strong relationships with owners, guests, partner firms and suppliers.
Andrea Thomas – Holiday Consultant
Andrea is a wealth of knowledge with over 25 years’ experience in the holiday rental industry.
As a Gold Coast local she has seen the area change and grow over the years. Handling all repairs, maintenance and cleaning, her experience along with her friendly manner ensures that owners and guests are always pleased.
Lisa Wischnevsky – Holiday Consultant
Lisa is a Gold Coast local who has worked in the Holiday industry since 2008, has a background in hospitality & her friendly customer service is top notch.
Her local knowledge will ensure that guests receive the most relevant information on our properties to assist them in booking suitable holiday accommodation.
Mary Watkins – Holiday Consultant
With over 20 years’ experience in property, with her main focus on holiday rentals, Mary fully understands the needs of her clients and ensures that she meets and exceeds their expectations.
Completely dedicated to her clients’ best interests, she strives to ensure that all properties under her care are achieving the best possible results.
Danarose Paton – Holiday Consultant
Danarose is a customer relationship specialist with a dynamic background in sales and customer service from working in property in Sydney and a variety of customer service and administration roles across various industries.
Her pleasant personality and calm approach coupled with her ability to think on her feet are the perfect attributes for our holiday team.
Rae Kearney – Holiday Consultant
Rae has a strong admin, supply and logistics background having spent many years in the building industry as well as working for an award winning tea producer and this experience is invaluable to Rae’s role.
Not only does Rae assist with booking holidays she also takes care of property maintenance, arrivals and departures.
